Frequent questions

  1. In the “Available products” tab, choose the product you wish to order by clicking on “Modify and order”.
  2. A window will open and give you access to all the editable fields of your product.
  3. Change the necessary information in the editable fields on the right (the preview will update when you click on the next field).
  4. If page 2 (back) of your product also has editable fields, click the page 2 preview (left) to update the information.
  5. When finished, press “Order” at the bottom left.
  6. Then complete your order by following the instructions.

If your text appears in red, it means that it exceeds the printing frame.

Please check the final preview (left) carefully. This serves as a proof before your order is printed. If errors remain after clicking on “Add to order”, Precigrafik cannot be held responsible.

  1.  In the “Available products” tab, choose the product with an editable image that you wish to order by pressing “Modify and order”.
  2. A window will open giving you access to all the editable fields and images of your print.
  3. To change the image, press “Replace image”.
  4. A window will open. Choose your new image on your computer by clicking on “Browse” at the top right (only .jpg and .png formats with a maximum format of 10 MB are accepted).
  5. A preview of your image will fit into the allocated space by default. You can move the photo from right to left so that it is in the correct location. When you are satisfied with your image, press “Apply” and then, “Save” (bottom right).
  6. Your preview will update automatically.
  7. When you have finished making changes, press “Order” (bottom right)8. Follow the instructions to complete the order.

  1. In the “Order History” tab, click on “Duplicate” at the end right of the item you want to duplicate.
  2. A window will open and ask you if you want to duplicate your order. WARNING! When you press “ok”, an identical order will be created automatically.
  1. In the “Available products” tab, press “Modify and order” on the item for which you want to create a template.
  2. Fill in the editable fields.
  3. Press “Save as template”.
  4. Name your new model and press “Save”.
  1. In the “Available products” tab, choose the product you wish to order by clicking on “Modify and order”. A window will open.
  2. Click on “Load a template” (top right).
  3. Click on the name of the template you want to use.
  4. The preview will update automatically.
  5. Press “order” (bottom right) to continue your order and add the item to your cart.
  1. Connect to your portal with the accesses that our team has sent you
  2. Click on the second icon at the top right of your screen
  3. Select “change password”
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Click on “save”
  1. In the “group users” tab
  2. Click on “new user”
  3. Enter the information and assign access according to the desired permissions
  4. Click on “add”

If this option is not available to you, then you are not a user with administrator permission within your organization’s portal.
