Order payment procedure for Business Forms 2.0

We understand that this policy may pose some challenges in managing supplier payments within your company. However, it has been implemented to ensure the proper payment for delivered goods. That is why, from now on, payment for the order is required at all times for all customers, regardless of their payment history, prior to production. This approach allows you to settle your invoice payment in advance securely and without concerns. It also enables us to continue offering competitive prices.

Yes, this policy applies to ALL our customers at all times, regardless of their order history. This greatly simplifies our payment management and allows you to receive your printed products more quickly.

Here are three options :

1. By cheque : Please make your check payable to Formules d’Affaires 2.0, indicating the total amount of the invoice. Write your order number in the description and mail it to the following address: 4545 Portland Boulevard, Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada J1L 0J1.
2. By credit card : IThis is the fastest method! Call your representative at 1-800-363-9688 to settle the total amount of your order using a credit card. We utilize the secure online terminal tool, Netbank, ensuring a secure transaction.
3. By direct deposit : Please contact your representative if you wish to pay for your order using this method. We will send you a cheque specimen by email and guide you through the next steps.

Yes. In addition to the copy of the order attached to the payment confirmation email, you will receive an invoice by email. The status “PAID” will be indicated on the invoice. This email will be sent once your order is shipped.
