Order payment procedure for Business Forms 2.0<\/h1>\n

We would like to inform you about our procedure which involves making payment for your order prior to receiving the merchandise. This policy has been implemented to streamline your transactions and ensure payment for our prints.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

Unfortunately, prior to the implementation of this procedure, several orders were left unpaid over the years. That is why, from now on, payment for the order is required at all times for all customers, regardless of their payment history, prior to production. This approach allows you to settle your invoice payment in advance securely and without concerns. Yes<\/strong>, this policy applies to ALL our customers at all times, regardless of their order history. This greatly simplifies our payment management and allows you to receive your printed products more quickly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  1. By cheque :<\/strong> Please make your check payable to Formules d’Affaires 2.0<\/strong>, indicating the total amount of the invoice. Write your order number in the description and mail it to the following address: 4545 Portland Boulevard, Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada J1L 0J1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. By credit card :<\/strong> IThis is the fastest method! Call your representative at 1-800-363-9688 to settle the total amount of your order using a credit card. We utilize the secure online terminal tool, Netbank<\/a>, ensuring a secure transaction.<\/li>\n
  3. By direct deposit :<\/strong> Please contact your representative if you wish to pay for your order using this method. We will send you a cheque specimen by email and guide you through the next steps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Yes.<\/strong> In addition to the copy of the order attached to the payment confirmation email, you will receive an invoice by email. The status “PAID” will be indicated on the invoice.
